Main purpose of the role:
To maintain an excellent level of service with our existing and new customers. Perform general administrative duties and provide support to management and other staff when required, along with implementing & maintaining administrative systems and procedures to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
The main duties of the role include:
o Answering general queries by telephone
o Contacting customers from call list daily to take their orders
o Receiving customer’s orders via email and telephone and entering on to bespoke system
o Dealing with orders raised by large supermarket customer from their system:
o General producing of documents, spreadsheets and presentations
o Registering customer complaints and passing information to Quality Manager
o Maintaining records and filing systems
o Liasing with Production Manager to ensure continuity of factored goods.
o Raising purchase orders for raw materials, sacks, stationery etc.
o Receipting in goods received
o Maintaining traceability records and chasing certificates etc.
o Dealing with the movement of pallets via the CHEP system
o Despatch daily orders
o Completing delivery boards for Distribution
o Raising Proforma invoices
o Daily invoicing
o General filing and archiving
o Raising credit notes when required
o Wheatfeed scheduling and invoicing
o Meet & greet visitors to site
o Provide induction training to site visitors when required.
o Other duties as they arise relevant to the role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,100.00 per year
