The role
As a People Centre Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be the face of Babcock providing great first impressions for all new joiners.

Day to day, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment providing first line interaction with all Recruiting Managers whilst facilitating the onboarding of new candidates.

• Facilitate the administration of issuing employment contracts and onboarding of new candidates.
• Engage with hiring managers and candidates to provide regular updates of the onboarding process.
• Ensure HR Data is recorded accurately on HR systems and are aligned to payroll deadlines.
• Own and deliver on cases which cover contracts and onboarding stages.
• Ensure processes and activities are carried out to business standards and where necessary within all legislative requirements e.g. data protection, employment law, environmental etc.

Essential experience of the People Centre Administrator:

• Previous experience working in a similar fast paced HR role.
• Exposure to payroll practices.
• Computer literate

This role is full time, 35 hours hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.

Qualifications for the People Centre Administrator:

• CIPD Level 3 or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration qualification desired or relevant experience/working towards this.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
