The Role:
Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, this role is based in a busy production and manufacturing environment responsible for the manufacturing of products
Main duties and responsibilities:

• Work with Site Operations Management and Production Shift Manager to ensure shared responsibility for delivering all Key Production Indicators and targets
• Manually operate machinery in line with SOP and Health and Safety requirements
• Adhere to all Operating Procedures when operating machinery or FLT’s
• Adhere to Quality requirements
• Daily hygiene tasks
• Take Health, Safety and Environmental ownership of yourself, others & activities within your areas of responsibility and raising all HSE concerns you become aware of, outside your areas of responsibility, with relevant managers.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing / production environment

Essential Criteria:

• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• An ability to work on own initiative but also to work collaboratively with others
• Ability to work shift working pattern

• Week 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Night)
• Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Day)
• Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Night)
• Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Day)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
