Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders
- Use project management software to track progress and update project status
- Utilise Service Now for project documentation and reporting
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to support project objectives
- Create systems diagrams using Visio for project planning
- Supervise project tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Utilise Smartsheet for project scheduling and resource allocation
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills in managing project timelines and deliverables
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve project issues
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Project management software for tracking project progress
- Experience with Service Now for documentation and reporting purposes
- Ability to gather and analyse requirements to support project goals
- Competency in creating systems diagrams using Visio
- Strong supervisory skills to oversee project tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Smartsheet for scheduling and resource management
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently
- Capability in conducting root cause analysis to address project challenges
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
