Khush Ingredients is a small company based in Eynsham, Oxfordshire with sister facility near Utrecht in Netherlands. We are an importer of essential oils and chemicals from around the world that are used by our customers to produce flavours, fragrances, cosmetics and aromatherapy products.
We are looking for a either Purchasing Graduate with experience, where we will offer a higher starting salary based on track record,
or
a fresh graduate, preferably with purchasing or supply chain background, to join our Graduate entry scheme at Khush Ingredients in our UK Commercial team. The Graduate Entry Scheme is a two year programme of developing Graduates into the workplace, doing real jobs from the start, and on accelerated path (including 6 month pay reviews) adding responsibilities and experiences over the duration.
This role is full time, based at our Eynsham, Oxfordshire facility and is not a hybrid role, so candidates should live within 45 minutes commute of Eynsham.
Training is provided but a great deal of independent learning and initiative is expected from the Graduate, as they also participate in projects in other areas to learn more about the business.
The UK Commercial team (5 people) look after the UK sales, internal and external, purchasing, supply chain, business development and also our UK and European Marketing activities. This roles includes, sourcing, purchasing, expediting and managing the supply chain for products bought from all over the world.
Science/ Purchasing understanding is desirable but an enthusiasm for our products and industry (see our website before applying) is essential to succeed.
This is very much a relationship building role, so we would seek candidates we feel could have a long career with Khush Ingredients and have international and manager level potential.
