We are currently seeking to recruit a dedicated, friendly and enthusiastic Quality Officer to join our team at My Life. The aim of the position is to enable our clients to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
The role would be full time and based in our Canterbury office.
My Life is a leading national provider of home care providing individual packages of care support and enable people to maintain their independence in the comfort of their homes.
Role and responsibilities:
· Supporting the Registered Manager with compliance of all regulatory responsibilities.
· Ensuring care plans are printed and arranged in the property to care commencing
· Supporting our office team with answering the phone to clients and staff.
· Participating in the branch's out of hours on-call system
· Comply with company policies and procedures and legislative guidelines.
Job Requirements:

• Experience working in a domiciliary care environment
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
• Participating in our on call out of hours service
• Excellent organisation with attention to detail
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude
