An opportunity has arisen for a Product Release Specialist to join the Quality Team. This is a permanent full time opportunity based at Gargrave.
The Role:
· Batch Review and Release for WIP and FG products across biocides & wound management, including sterile batch review
· Provide active support to operations for correcting paperwork in a timely manner
· Ensure compliance with company GDP policy and general GLP, c GMP principles
· Generation of certificates for export products & regulatory requirements
· Primary point of contact for batch release queries
· Liaising with other departments regarding priority release
· Assist in deviation investigations
· Documentation reviews and updates including those associated to periodic reviews
· Generation of department metrics and monthly reports
· Working with Quality colleagues on improvement projects related to the role
· Taking ownership of Product Release processes

Experience:

• Essential; Previous experience working in a Quality role
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment to the customer and their needs, sets high standards of quality and productivity, systematic and organized, consistently achieves goals.
• Desirable; Previous experience working within medical devices or pharmaceutical industries would be beneficial.
• Diploma or similar qualification in a relevant discipline.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week. Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 13:00. Occasional work from home permitted.
