Recruitment Administrator

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to source, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Review resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements and qualifications.
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.
- Serve as primary point of contact for recruitment-related reporting.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of recruitment-related materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilise recruitment software and tools to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as needed.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote the organization and attract top talent.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or related roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
Experience:
- Recruitment Administration: 1 year (preferred)
