Recruitment and Retention Partner

The Recruitment and Retention Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while also developing and implementing employee retention strategies.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, drive recruitment initiatives, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
In addition, you will focus on creating a positive and engaging workplace culture that fosters employee loyalty and reduces turnover.
Recruitment:
§ Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
§ Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
§ Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
§ Conduct thorough background checks, reference checks, and skill assessments.
§ Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment marketing initiatives to build a talent pipeline.
§ Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules for new hires.
Retention:
§ Develop and implement employee retention strategies that align with the company’s culture and business goals.
§ Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys, exit interviews, and stay interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
§ Work closely with HR and management to address concerns that may affect employee morale, engagement, and retention.
§ Track and analyse employee turnover data, making recommendations for changes to improve retention rates.
§ Support initiatives that enhance employee recognition, rewards, and well-being programmes.
Education:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employee retention roles. Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition tools, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, employees, and leadership.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with employee engagement and retention best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
