What you’ll be doing

• Providing best practices on all ITIL process and able to drive resolution within a defined scope responsible for ensuring that mitigation controls and incident response are appropriate and delivered in a professional manner and against relevant SLA / timescales
• Supporting security compliance relationships with national Government or industry bodies, customer and Auditor facing with support of security specialist
• Developing within security domain and appropriate industrial certifications
• Ensuring full awareness of the need to safeguard sensitive customer information at all times, so that customers perceive BT to be a trustworthy organisation

What we would like to see on your CV

• Knowledge and interest in Cyber Security
• Knowledge and understanding of the concepts of risk & threat intelligence
• Experience in security audit activity and service improvement plans
• Awareness of supporting toolsets that can be leveraged for Security Assurance
• Ability to hold and maintain relevant security clearance for required role
