Salary: £20.28 P/H + Paid Breaks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support, and education, ensuring the well-being of patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Valid NMC Pin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules.
