**Job Title: Staff Nurse RGN**
**Location:** Hazel Drive, Landare, Aberdare CF44 8DB
**Salary:** £19.00 per hour
**Shift:** Full Time - Part Time Nights
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our team at our nursing home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, possess a valid NMC pin, and be committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high standards of nursing care to residents.
- Conduct medication rounds and ensure proper administration of medications.
- Work independently during day shifts, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
- Collaborate closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Experience in a nursing home setting is essential.
- Valid NMC pin.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
