We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated Telesales Representatives into our growing team, we are based in Lincolnshire.

About you and the role
· You will effectively and efficiently work to secure appointments for our Field Sales Consultants in line with corporate targets. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you play a key role in representing CEMA, understanding customer needs and driving new business opportunities
· Manage all data and records to effectively achieve the targeted data/appointment conversion as required by the business
· Identify opportunities and book appointments for the sales force with an emphasis on high-quality leads, cold and warm
· Full-time, permanent position
· Working Monday to Friday
· This role is either a remote role or if you live close to Market Rasen office based.
What we are looking for
· Min 5 GCSE’s or equivalent.
· Telesales experience – are you a hunter? Do you have the skills to get past the gate keeper? This is a must!
· Experience of CRM systems such as Mondays (advantageous but full training will be given)
· Motivated and determined to exceed sales targets
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Resilient & able to handle rejection
