Telesales Team Leader Opportunity in Ashford
Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: £28,000 p.a. (with potential earnings up to £31,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Consort Frozen Foods are the ice cream and frozen foods specialists. We are seeking an experienced and driven Telesales Team Leader to join our team in Ashford. This role involves leading a dedicated team, working closely with our Telesales Manager based in Burgess Hill to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the telesales team at the Ashford depot, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are met.
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members to foster their professional development.
• Maintain clear communication through team meetings, regular one-on-ones, and updates.
• Collaborate with the Telesales Manager to implement sales strategies, drive customer growth, and manage key performance metrics.
• Address escalated customer concerns and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, customers, and suppliers to manage the workload effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT, particularly with MS365, and familiarity with sales data and KPIs.
• A commitment to motivating and developing teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Results-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Starting salary of £28,000 with the potential to earn up to £31,000 OTE, offering excellent incentives for achieving your targets.
