This will be a fixed term contract from early October 2024 until mid January 2025.
About the role:
Our Contact Centre is a critical part of our business. Reporting into our Team Leads, you’ll be the ‘voice’ of Donald Russell, taking telephone calls and enquiries from new and existing customers. You’ll also be placing orders on our in-house system, as well as assisting in resolving and reporting any customer-related complaints if they arise.
You will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of customer interactions and carrying out various administrative duties relevant to the role, such as following up on customer enquiries.
Additionally, you will support the Customer Services team in our aim to continuously improve the customer service experience.
The opening hours of the Contact Centre are as follows.

• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
• Saturday 10am - 4pm
• Sunday 10am - 4pm (November and December only)

This is an on-call role (zero hours) and no hours are guaranteed, however, flexibility to cover at least 3-full shifts per week would be advantageous.
About you:
To be successful in this role you should have.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to display confidence, patience, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations.
• Strong MS Office skills are essential, as is the ability to learn a bespoke IT package.
• Previous experience within a Contact/Service Centre environment would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be given.
