The Job
As a Van Technician at VW Dartford, you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.

• You will be carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards, communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work
• Working within a team of 6 technicians.

About You
If you think you’ve got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply!

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Motor Industry experience is essential
• Happy to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail

On Offer
Basic salary between £32,000 and £38,000 depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities OTE £45,000+
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0800-1730 and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 0800-1230
