We are looking to bring on board a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk in a rapidly growing industry, based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with managing the processing of payments, setting up new vendors in the system, and maintaining a smooth collaboration with external Accounts Payable vendors. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, with a blend of on-site and remote work, requiring on-site presence for two days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of invoices
• Setting up new vendors in the system
• Collaborating with external Accounts Payable vendors to resolve any issues
• Data entry and account reconciliation to maintain accurate records
• Utilizing software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, Quick Books, and SAP for various tasks
• Conducting check runs to ensure timely payments
• Coding invoices to the appropriate accounts or cost centers
• Managing the processing of customer credit applications
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action based on account status
• Resolving customer inquiries related to their accounts or payments.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management
• Strong skills in Account Reconciliation
• Experience in Check Runs
• Capability to handle Coding Invoices
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Expertise in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle
• Experience in Quick Books
• Knowledge of SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role in the Advertising industry is preferred.
