Position Reports To (Title):

Dean of Liberal Arts, Business, and Information Technology

Scope of Position:

This position is needed to support course offerings in the listed discipline. The employee will teach courses in-person or online as requested by the program coordinator or the academic Dean.

Key Measurable Expectations

Use diverse and effective teaching methods to provide quality instruction;
Align instruction with course learning objectives;
Provide timely grading and constructive feedback;
Respond to communications in a timely manner;
Post student grades and complete any college data requests by scheduled deadlines.
The candidate should possess the appropriate credentials to teach at the college level (see “minimum qualifications”).

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in the subject field with 2000 hours of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in the subject field or
Masters degree with 18+ graduate credit hours in the subject matter
