Appointment Scheduler/Driver

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to make medical appointments for our clients and to transport them to those appointments in a safe and timely manner. This is a full-time position, working 30+ hours per week, flexible depending on daily appointment schedule.
Responsibilities
- Make appointments for clients.
- Notify clients and families of appointment dates and times.
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport clients to designated locations.
- Ability to stay with the client at appointments as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Clerical duties as required to maintain appropriate records for clients and reporting agencies.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Excellent driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to assist clients as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to organize work schedule efficiently and independently.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts if necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
