We are inviting applications for the position of Customer Service 3_Non-Cleared to be based in Lakewood, California. The chosen candidate will be a key player in our team, assisting with customer service tasks, shipping activities, procurement, and inventory tracking. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customer interaction, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for domestic and international equipment, including logging of equipment details
• Utilize our ticketing system for creating and updating work tickets for all types of tasking
• Engage with shipping vendors as required, ensuring seamless delivery and receipt of equipment
• Oversee procurement activities for ordering parts and equipment
• Manage inventory tracking through our Costpoint system, ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment repairs and calibrations
• Assist with task tracking and ensuring all costs are documented for billing purposes
• Handle administrative duties such as processing bills, answering telephones, sorting mail and preparing office correspondence
• Utilize Microsoft Office software to format reports, present data and organize information.
• Proficiency in Customer Service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Familiarity with Policy execution and interpretation
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Ability to conduct research effectively
• Knowledge of audit procedures and practices
• Familiarity with Billing procedures
• Experience working with vendors
• Ability to handle correspondence professionally
• Typing skills with accuracy and speed
• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics market
• Experience in Shipping processes
• Familiarity with handling paper documents
• Experience in the distribution of faxes
• Proficiency in using a Ticketing System
• Ability to interact with external customers in a detail oriented manner
• Knowledge of radio operations
• Proficient in Copying documents
• Ability to sort incoming mail efficiently
• Familiarity with Technology Solutions
• Experience in Inventory Tracking
• Knowledge of Equipment Calibration processes
