About the Role:
The Director of Marketing at Bond Vet is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive client engagement, acquisition and retention to deliver on revenue goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in digital and traditional marketing, advertising, creative strategy, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital and traditional).
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Digital Marketing Performance:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, client acquisition, engagement, conversions and retention.
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising and online advertising.
Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure strong ROI and optimize CAC (Cost of Acquisition) across markets and regions to deliver upon company targets and improve Yo Y.
Ensure continuous improvement in digital marketing ROI through A/B testing, performance tracking, and data-driven decision making.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Traditional Marketing Channels:
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for traditional marketing campaigns.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional media channels such as print, television, radio, direct mail, and out-of-home advertising.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Advertising and Creative:
Lead the development of compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences (both clients and employees), align with brand messaging, voice and goals.
Lead creative teams to produce high-quality, impactful marketing materials, including video, print, and digital content for client and recruitment marketing.
Manage relationships with internal teams, external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Lead all creative aspects of the brand, including but not limited to digital advertising, in clinic advertising, in clinic windows design, print, OOH, etc.
Promotional Efforts:
Identify and explore new marketing opportunities and channels to promote the brand.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness, client acquisition and client retention.
Coordinate with the Operations and Med Ops team to align on promotional activities that drive our company growth objectives.
Brand Champion:
Maintain and enhance the brand's image and reputation.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on budget performance, CAC and ROI.
Manage and monitor marketing budget by clinic and work directly with Regional Directors of Operations (RDO's) communicating monthly progress.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, product development, client experience and virtual teams.
Ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing strategies across the organization and with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.

You have:
Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, strategies and tools.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns including traditional marketing channels.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing multiple agencies (i.e: Creative, Digital Media, Retail, etc)
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and cross-functional team environment.
Experience in the Veterinary Industry is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
