Key Duties:

Will serve as a representative for Genesis pipeline as a primary contact with field producers and connecting carrier pipeline systems.
Coordinates the movements of crude oil and natural gas through Genesis owned and operated pipelines on a daily basis to minimize shutdowns while maximizing line capacity.
Revises daily schedule as necessary to allow for unforeseen events.
Communicates daily flow schedules to Genesis operations.
Responsible for planning and forecasting product movement through assigned pipeline for upcoming months.
Communicates with customers to verify the location and timing of oil and gas deliveries.
Adjusts producers’ nominations as needed.
Works with the Genesis Pipeline Controllers and field personnel as it relates to the safe and efficient delivery and/or receipt of oil volumes.
Participates in and promotes the Company’s safety program to coworkers.
Other duties as requested.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in pipeline transportation of product plus 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, team environment; can comfortably problem solve and multi-task.
Good verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation.
Demonstrated commitment to practicing workplace safety.
Analytical with solid time management skills.
Must be available to work on nights and weekends occasionally.
