*HIRING IMMEDIATELY* GEICO Local Office is searching for outgoing and growth minded Licensed Sales Producers. You will have the opportunity to write 80+ policies a month. This is an inside sales position with the majority of sales conducted over the telephone. Sales Producer income starts at a base hourly with a clear commission opportunity. There is no cold calling. This is an upbeat and dynamic organization with high sales volumes and a non-corporate environment. The selected candidate(s) will start paid training where you'll learn about the sales processes utilized within the GEICO Local Office.

Responsibilities

• Quoting prices and financial options
• Make sales of auto and other personal lines of insurance products while providing excellent customer service
• Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decision based on the right information
• Identify cross-selling opportunities during calls

Requirements
Licensing: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license in Maine (will obtain for the right candidate)
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
Customer Focused: A genuine passion for providing outstanding service and helping clients find the best insurance solutions.
Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Team Attitude: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute positively to the office culture.
