- Prepare/approve documents, proposals, and forms of the technical department when interacting with related departments according to the process.
- Manage BOM (Bill of Materials) for all projects
- Monitor and update machinery production plans
- Follow up requests and orders from customers
- Plan and manage employee work schedules.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field in executive personal assistance.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones to accommodate international clients.
