Responsibilities:
Sourcing (50%)

• Search and build a pool of candidates through social media channels, recruitment databases, and online and offline career events.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, supporting the recruitment process and candidate communication.

Employer Branding (50%)

• Actively build and implement employer branding campaigns to attract and retain talents.
  Ensure the best candidate experience through proper communication along their candidate journey with Guardian
• Be proactive in activities to promote employer branding for Guardian Vietnam: create content on the Recruitment Facebook page, design posters, create videos, and actively participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• Fresher/ student has a passion for learning about human resources/ retail. Having a human resources or marketing or communication background is preferred.
• Proven experience in content creation and employer branding materials.
• Proficiency in social media platforms.
• Have the ability to use Canva/Photoshop, video shooting, and other digital tools that support for employer branding
• Hunger for ideas and a can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
