BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch Gmb H.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.


Job Description
Your daily tasks will involve:

• Project management and holding job fairs and events.
• Brainstorm and execute innovative employer branding initiatives, including employee spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, and fun engagement campaigns.
• Design eye-catching visuals (graphics, infographics) to amplify social media content and internal communications.
• Planning, setting up and holding internal and external webinars
• Employer branding via social media (website, Linked In, Facebook, so on)
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across all business units
• Administering and planning social events for the in-house Intern network
• Supporting colleagues’ work by way of exciting ad-hoc tasks within employer branding.

Qualifications

• Last year students in: Communication, Human Resources, Economics, Marketing or related majors.
• Can provide the recommendation/introduction letter from the universities or professors when onboarding
• Have a good sense of order and are able to put your ideas into practice.
• Be able to handle small projects and take pride in seeing them through to completion
• Be a design enthusiast with the ability to create compelling visuals using design tools (Canva preferred, Adobe Creative Suite a big plus).
• You are a team player with a positive can-do attitude and a hunger to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
• Good communication, verbal and written both in English and Vietnamese.
