概述
我们正在寻找一位热情且才华横溢的中越 IT支持 华语翻译和口译员加入我们的团队。这个角色对于确保我们的软件和营销材料准确翻译并文化适应我们的中文受众至关重要。英语熟练是一个重要的资产,因为您将与我们的全球团队合作。此职位有机会成长为客户管理职位。


工作职责:



  • 越南办公室IT支持: 为所有办公室员工提供日常IT支持,确保计算机、网络、打印机和其他办公设备的顺利运行。 解决硬件、软件和网络问题,提供及时的解决方案。 管理用户账户、访问控制和所有办公系统的安全协议。 安装、配置和维护办公硬件和软件应用程序。 协助会议和演示的音频视觉设备的设置和维护。 维护所有IT设备和软件许可证的库存。 确保所有系统定期更新、备份和应用安全补丁。


  • Wow Suite.ai软件客户支持: 协助客户安装、配置和设置Wow Suite.ai软件。 为客户提供技术支持,解决与软件安装、更新和集成相关的问题。 引导客户完成设置过程,确保他们了解软件的功能和特性。 与开发团队合作,报告错误,提出改进建议,并确保客户反馈得到处理。 在工单系统中准确记录客户互动、支持请求和解决方案。


  • 语言要求: 能够以母语水平用英语和中文(书面和口头)与客户和办公室员工进行有效沟通。 根据需要将技术文档和支持材料从英语翻译成中文,反之亦然。


  • 一般职责: 保持最新的IT和软件趋势,以提供有见地的支持和建议。 为办公室员工和客户提供IT系统和Wow Suite.ai软件的培训课程。 协助创建和更新用户手册、常见问题解答和其他支持文档。 确保遵守公司政策、数据保护法规和IT及客户支持的最佳实践。 协助IT经理或客户支持主管分配的其他相关任务。


此角色需要一个具有强大技术技能、优秀中英文沟通能力和以客户为中心的解决问题方法的积极主动的个人。

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Chinese to Vietnamese Translator & Interpreter to join our team. This role will be critical in ensuring that our software and marketing materials are accurately translated and culturally adapted for our Chinese-speaking audience. English proficiency is a significant asset as you will collaborate with our global team. Opportunity to grow into account management position.



Job Responsibilities:



  • Office IT Support (Vietnam Office):
Provide day-to-day IT support to all office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of computers, networks, printers, and other office equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolutions.
Manage user accounts, access control, and security protocols for all office systems.
Install, configure, and maintain office hardware and software applications.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
Ensure regular updates, backups, and security patches are applied to all systems.


  • Wow Suite.ai Software Customer Support:
Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and setup of Wow Suite.ai software.
Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues related to software installation, updates, and integrations.
Guide customers through the setup process, ensuring they understand the features and functionalities of the software.
Collaborate with the development team to report bugs, suggest improvements, and ensure customer feedback is addressed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.


  • Language Requirements:
Communicate effectively with customers and office staff in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) at a native level.
Translate technical documents and support materials from English to Chinese and vice versa as needed.


  • General Responsibilities:
Stay updated with the latest IT and software trends to provide informed support and recommendations.
Provide training sessions for office staff and customers on IT systems and Wow Suite.ai software.
Contribute to creating and updating user manuals, FAQs, and other support documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and best practices in IT and customer support.
Assist in other related tasks as assigned by the IT Manager or Customer Support Lead.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

  • Native-level proficiency in Chinese spoken and written
  • Fluency in Vietnamese
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of software and marketing terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to reach out talk with new clients
  • Strong research skills
