About the opportunity..
Reporting to our Regional Account Director (Growth) ELMO are currently seeking a highly skilled Account Director to lead and oversee our growth client relationships in either Sydney or Melbourne. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving client success and meeting and exceeding growth account targets and sales, client satisfaction and client retention of the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Partnership: Serve as a senior point of contact for key growth accounts, fostering long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
- Saa S Renewals Oversight: Take ownership of the renewal strategy for all strategic accounts, ensuring that renewal processes are seamless, and that terms are advantageous for both clients and the company.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding client engagements, including upselling and cross-selling additional services and products.
- Insightful Analysis: Lead the analysis of client performance data to develop and implement strategies that maximise ELMO's client satisfaction and account profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and to drive continuous improvement.
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in a senior account management or directorial role within a Saa S environment, with significant experience managing growth accounts and overseeing renewals.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that align with both client objectives and company goals.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions and drive client success.
- Collaborative Mindset: A team-oriented leader who can work effectively across multiple departments to achieve shared goals.
