Accounts Payable Clerk

FULL TIME

This opportunity will see you maintain and control the Association’s Accounts Payable process end to end. But that's not all – your expertise will extend to being an integral link between RAA external suppliers and various internal RAA business units. In addition, you will:

Process End of Month tasks and accruals.
Prepare Corporate Credit Card cost allocations per detailed procedures.
Reconcile supplier statements to the Accounts Payable ledger as received and follow up any inaccuracies.
Follow through and resolve supplier/account payment queries promptly and accurately.
Provide support and relief for accounts staff as required.

About you
We’re seeking a confident, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you should bring:

Sound knowledge of the accounts payable function.
Previous experience with Finance One (Tech One) is desirable.
Previous clerical experience in an accounts payable, with some reconciliation experience.
Exceptional numeracy and accuracy skills.
Outstanding problem solving and resolution skills.
Sound knowledge of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
