About the role:
Position: Case Manager
Location: Perth, WA (no parking on-site)
Anticipated Start date: 11th November
Anticipated duration: 1 month contract with potential to extend or permanent employment.
Pay: $37 per hour (this includes casual loading) + super
Working hours: 8 am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)
Anticipated hours: 37.5 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls dealing with business customers who may be in a distressed state.
- Data entry of confidential information provided by customers on the phone.
- Providing support to other team members
- General admin duties where required.
We are looking for team players with previous call centre experience and a great level of empathy. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in fraud prevention or investigation. If you have experience handling claims, case management, or working in the social work space, we would also love to hear from you.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to confidently assist individuals and businesses in crisis situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle competing priorities.
- Ability to work towards KPIs
- Accurate data entry and high attention to detail
- High ethical standards and a commitment to working with integrity.
- Willingness to listen to and act on feedback professionally.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to contribute effectively to a dynamic team.
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm with 30m break
- Police Check and Working with Children's check required.
- No parking but next to public transport.
- Opportunity for growth beyond the initial month, e.g. extension or pathway to Case Manager
