We are currently looking for a Contact Centre Operator - Data Entry to join us at our Brisbane Office in a Casual capacity.

About the role

You will be tasked with reviewing customer applications including the handling of customers documents and personal information
Ensure applications are aligned with our company requirements
Respond to customer emails within a timely manner
Treat customers with empathy, respect and provide a high-quality service to meet their needs
Maintain customer records, utilising internal software systems.

About you

Effective time management skills with the ability to meet KPI’s
Basic to Intermediate skills - Microsoft suite and similar applications
Have outstanding customer service and uphold personal and professional integrity
Be a clear and effective communicator with a professional email etiquette
Have the flexibility to work various shifts (including weekends)
