Customer Service Agent

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from customers or online shoppers, resolve their inquiries, and update customer accounts after each interaction. You will coordinate with stores and CSAs for order deliveries, assist stores and drivers with their questions, and occasionally make outbound calls for delivery coordination. Additionally, you will send follow-up emails to stores, process B2B requests, manage emails in the Customer Care and Priority inbox, and escalate critical issues to management when needed.

Enjoy rotating rosters between Monday to Friday from 6am - 12am and weekends from 7am - 10pm

Ideal for those seeking diverse work schedules.

You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
