About the Role

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll represent a leading real estate provider, specializing in collecting and reporting auction data, blending customer service excellence with efficient administration and data entry. • Commences 25 October 2024
  
• Multiple causal roles (approximately 8 hours per week)
  
• Hours rostered Saturday and Sunday between 9am to 5pm (rotational roster)
  
• WFH Only - Work anywhere in Australia!
  

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer inquiries while delivering top-notch customer service.
  
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and utilize comprehensive computer systems to identify the most effective solutions.
  
• Keep customer records current and accurate.
  
• Occupy your workstation as scheduled and required.

You have strong communication skills and excel in a fast-paced, data-focused environment. Your background in roles that demand precise attention to detail, such as in hospitality or retail, is a significant advantage. You're a dedicated team player, skilled at multitasking and adapting to new information.
