The Opportunity
As the Customer Service Officer, you will provide quality customer service following library processes and procedures.

You’ll be responsible for:

Ensuring the accurate circulation of the library collection.
Proactively seeking information, internally and externally.
Ensuring the reception areas are presented professionally.

This is a casual role with varied hours and is based at the Bairnsdale Library.

Things You’re Proud Of (Key Selection Criteria)

Background in, or sound understanding of, the library industry is desirable.
Demonstrated cash handling experience.
Good keyboard and general IT skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to use initiative.
Good telephone skills.

If successful, you will need to undertake a police check and have a current WWCC. You must also be legally entitled to work in Australia.
