• You must have the flexibility to work anytime from 8 am to 8 pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday and occasionally from 8 am to 4 pm (AEST) during Saturday/Sunday.

• Answering a mixture of Inbound calls from Members & Partners; including providing quotes, issuing policies, managing & renewing existing policies and providing general information.
• Managing & responding to own portfolio of daily correspondence

• Motivation to expand, learn, and grow within a high performing team
• Experience in Customer Service & Sales
• Proven strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail
• Proactive time management skills
• Sound computer skills
