Dealer Network Manager (New brand)

About the Role
Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will support our Network and Sales team for the upcoming new brand. On offer is a Network Manager （New brand） position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive network development strategy to expand our dealership network in strategic locations.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding dealership network in alignment with company objectives.

Identify potential dealership partners and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Follow up the Corporate Identity constructions and oversee the onboarding process for new dealerships, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional team, e.g., Aftersales Team, to align network development efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, leveraging insights to inform network development strategies and corporate identity initiatives.
- Liaise with HQ network development team to localize the network development initiatives and work on continuous improvement.
- 5+ years experience in automotive sector preferred at OEM, Dealership
- Strong prospecting and relationship building skills.
- Advanced negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of achievement, plus the ability to contribute and work in a team environment.
- Willingness to business travel.
