Are you up for this?

Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period with assistance of technology and your straightforward with a wink approach
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations, enhancing their experiences and moving at the pace of our guests
Understand guest requirements, demonstrating your open thinking and expression to anticipate our guest needs
Assist the team with the preparation and execution of all food and beverage outlet service periods
Maintain strong food safety and property standards
Organise and maintain the assigned section of the kitchen effectively
Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles focusing on attention to detail

Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
