Electrician – Arundel, QLD
Kogan People Solutions are working with a rapidly growing successful electrical business who specialise in providing start-to-end renewable energy solutions, based in Arundel, QLD.
Our client’s renewable energy systems help prepare for a clean energy future and include solar, EV charging, VPP and microgrids, storage, embedded networks and finance.
We have an opportunity for a skilled and qualified electrician with industry experience to join this busy and successful business. The role is full time, and ongoing.
Salary: $70k to $90k plus superannuation per annum.
Responsibilities:

• Perform a mix of electrical installation repairs, maintenance and installation work.
• Installation of renewable energy equipment for residential homes and commercial sites.
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot electrical components in renewable energy systems to ensure efficiency, reliability and conduct compliance analysis.
• Ensure renewable energy systems are safely integrated into the electrical grid and adhere to industry regulations with a focus on optimizing energy output.
• Identify and repair faults and malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Provide high quality customer service on and off site.
• Observe relevant OH&S requirements at all times.

To be considered, we expect to see:

• Trade qualified to at least Certificate IV or agreed substitute.
• At least 2 to 3 years professional experience since you acquired your qualifications.
• Technical knowledge and experience working on domestic and commercial renewable energy related projects.
• Expert skills in problem solving, decision making and communicating.
• Happily work on your own or in a team.
• Apply knowledge of WHS legislation in the workplace.

Electrician Contractor Licence:

• CEC Accreditation (preferred)
• Working at Heights Certificate.
• All cards.
• Very safety conscious.
• Driver's Licence.
