The Opportunity
As a Growth lead joining Ventures, you will be instrumental in setting the direction of one of the Venture Hub’s marketing strategy for the hub’s new Virtual Health Platform.
No day will be the same as you play a key role in help the business achieve its goals by defining our growth plan, coordinating, and executing growth programs, and optimising activities across channels for both existing Member and B2C segments.
The Growth Lead will be responsible for testing and experimenting to positively influence customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across both B2C and existing member channels, working closely with stakeholders and creating a space for innovation and growth.
Your impact:
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with the Hub’s ambitions and goals
- Co-design a holistic GTM plan to launch the hub’s new brand and services to members and non-members.
- Lead the marketing technology stack strategy to support Growth strategy delivery and performance monitoring.
- Co-design a holistic GTM plan to launch our virtual health service to members and non-members.
- Working with a range of stakeholders across the business and being able to manage, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
- Analyse and report on the performance of growth strategies, providing insights to the Ventures Leadership team.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute to growth strategies.
What are we looking for?
As a seasoned Growth Marketing professional, you possess a proven track record of driving growth in B2C businesses, particularly within the health and digital sectors.
Your expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis enables you to develop and execute effective growth strategies.
You excel at communicating complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Your proactive nature and ability to work independently and collaboratively make you thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills which are instrumental in driving results.
