What will you be doing?
- Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training and support.
- To have positive involvement and interaction with the overall West team both at individual and entire team level
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivate colleagues and create a team environment through living team motivation
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
