The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled ICT - Recruitment Consultant with expertise in Australia, India and US markets to join our growing team and contribute to the development that empowers our organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Essential skills & Experience:
- Accountable for the complete end to end (360) recruitment process including but not limited to, running job briefs with client,
- Assessing sourcing channels and advertising, resume review, telephone screening, shortlist for interview and assessment
- Investing time in understanding client’s business goals and adding value through creative and cost-effective staffing solutions
- Accountable for the complete end to end (360) recruitment process including but not limited to, running job briefs with client,
- Assessing sourcing channels and advertising, resume review, telephone screening, shortlist for interview and assessment
- Conducting face to face or video behavioural, motivational & skill-based interviews, functional and technical skills testing
- Interview support for hiring team if required, references and pre-employment checks, offer management, support client on boarding activities, performance management and retention tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and build relationships with IT professionals
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain composure in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of ICT technologies. Technology background preferable, or a desire to learn more about technology
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and prospects
- Developing knowledge of role types within your specialised technology vertical
- Qualifying role requirements and candidate specifications
- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates building talent pools of high caliber professionals
- Understanding and managing candidate expectations
- Communicating steps and time frames of recruitment processes
- Sourcing, screening, qualifying, selecting candidates utilising industry leading tools
- Developing and maintaining a prospective customer portfolio
- Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point and recruitment databases
- Possess strong skills in planning, project management and attention to detail and has excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills.
- Communicate and co-ordinate people across geographies and among multiple teams to handle team across offshore and onshore.
- Problem solving - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report issues to the management team; demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity.
- Exceptional Time management skill with an ability to prioritize and plan work effectively.
- Strong team member, collaborator, and self-starter.
- Relationship and teamwork focus.
