About the role
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high quality, prompt and efficient service and advice in relation to recruitment, selection and on-boarding activities. You will also be required to processes staff movements and changes of employee conditions.
This is a valuable opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering service excellence, interested in collaboration across the entire organisation and excited about developing and maintaining strong rapport and relationships with key stakeholders.
Day-to-day activities include (but not limited to):

• Writing and posting advertisements
• Supporting and offering advice to Hiring Managers on the recruitment process and how to use our applicant tracking system (Page Up).
• Organising pre-employment checks
• Generating contracts and other letters involving staff movements and changes to employment conditions.
• Supporting the implementation of our Attraction and Retention Strategy and other continuous improvement projects.

About you
We are seeking a motivated self-starter who can come in and hit the ground running. This role is highly transactional and busy so organisation skills, agility and capacity to work at a fast pace is vital.
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence are key, as the role liaises with a diverse range of stakeholders including candidates, employees, mangers and providers.
You will have some prior experience working in recruitment and/or a relevant HR qualification and high capability to learn and use new HR systems and programs.
