The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for all stores, warehouse and head office, from coordinating interviews to managing candidate communications, through to onboarding and induction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

With over 35 years of history, Prices Plus is a solid family-owned DISCOUNT VARIETY RETAILER with over 350 employees working across stores in QLD and NSW.

Your Empowering Contribution
You will see yourself playing a vital role in shaping our talent acquisition and organisational culture. Reporting directly to our People and Culture Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and offer management.
- Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to identify top candidates that align with the company's needs and culture.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the seamless transition of new hires by coordinating onboarding activities and facilitating induction programs to integrate new employees into the company in all areas and departments.
Your Expertise and Potential
To shine in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in supporting leaders with recruitment, onboarding and induction in mid-size businesses in Australia.
- Ideally hold a relevant Human Resources tertiary.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel and an aptitude for quickly adapting to new systems.
- Strong prioritisation skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ATS such as Employment Hero or similar platforms.
