• Lead the planning and delivery of Leisure marketing campaigns across RACV Resorts portfolio including conferences and events along with, local area marketing requirements
• Deliver campaigns on time and on budget, and ensure targets are met
• Track campaign progress, continually optimise and refine, and report on performance
• Demonstrate creative excellence and generate effective outcomes across all communication mediums
• Effectively manage allocated budget
• Realise tangible business improvement opportunities

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or similar qualification
• 5+ years experience in campaign management including through the line mediums
• Prior experience working in hotels, travel highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with change and competing priorities
