About the Opportunity:
Provide critical administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team through excellence in the delivery of people processes and initiatives in line with people and organisational strategies.
- Onboarding new team members and ensuring the system accurately reflects our team
- Responding to enquiries around people and policy and general P&C queries
- Deliver excellence through the provision of accurate and timely operational HR process to support managers and team members
- Drive efficiency and process improvement through the administration and implementation of process changes
- Maintaining accurate people records, reporting, employee files and system databases
- Provision of support to the Recruitment, Payroll & Learning & Development teams
- Support the delivery of people projects/initiatives
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for and actively promote the culture commitments

What It Takes To Be Great:
- Previous experience working within a People & Culture Team
- Previous retail experience will be highly regarded
- Superior attention to detail
- Genuine interest in HR and all things people related
- Strong desire and willingness to support the wider business with people related issues (nothing is too much trouble attitude)
- Healthy respect for data Integrity maintaining and ensuring all data is confidential and accurate
