About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering precise and efficient people administration services, utilizing advanced tools and processes to support our employees and contractors. Your expertise will ensure that every interaction is compliant, accurate, and aligned with our policies.
From managing high-volume service tickets and validating people data workflows to enhancing administrative activities and supporting mobility needs, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Managing high volume People Administration ticket requests, with accuracy and to agreed SLAs
- Provide accurate advice and support, as defined by applicable approval matrices, processes and policies
- Maintain and transact essential people data within SAP Success Factors Employee Central, including (but not limited to) position management, new hires, and contractor onboarding
- As required, complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new or improved functionality within our systems
- Participate in regular quality assurance and auditing activities, to ensure accuracy of data and processing
- Develop and maintain current work instructions and process maps
- Engage with individuals from across the business to ensure that their requests are actioned in a timely manner and with the correct information
- As required and allocated, support with the delivery of administrative activities relating to Mobility (domestic and international)
- Collaborate with other teams within People & Culture to review and improve our practices across the employee lifecycle with a view to identifying efficiencies and opportunities for provision of consistent service quality
- Preparation of letters, and correspondence as required
About You
- Completed (or close to completion) Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline or extensive relevant experience
- Strong administration skills, including a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally experience using SAP Success Factors Employee Central
- A commitment to excellence in service delivery, with experience working with a Service Management Tool and to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement
- An ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
