Base Salary $108,494 - $116,838 p.a. plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
Are you passionate about using data to drive meaningful change?
As a Performance and Reporting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in measuring and enhancing team and operational performance across Student Services. You’ll design innovative frameworks, develop dynamic dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that empower informed decision-making, streamline operations, and unlock opportunities to create impactful outcomes for our students and staff.
About You
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and a natural problem-solver who thrives on navigating complex datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights. Your talent for collaboration, juggling competing priorities, and transforming data into meaningful strategies will set you up for success in this role.
What you will bring:
- A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in assessing, measuring, and reporting on team and operational performance against key metrics/KPIs, with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Proven experience developing benchmarks, success measures, and KPIs for business strategies, frameworks, and projects.
- Expertise in creating dashboards and reporting tools to assess outcomes effectively.
- A willingness and ability to travel as required.
