Your key responsibilities- Undertake robust research and analysis to gather evidence and ensure an indepth understanding of the problem and possible solutions.- Develop and prepare a range of strategic and operational documents and reports as required including briefing papers, project plans, proposals, progress reports, submissions, and correspondence.- Monitor and report on the status of projects to effectively manage project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.- Undertake project activities and support the delivery of VISTA and consult, develop, and maintain relationships across VAQ to achieve strategic solutions.- Design and develop options for a new operating model, and identify proposed changes, business benefits and success measures.- Build, develop and sustain positive relationships with a range of key stakeholders to enable the collaborative delivery of projects and initiatives.- Consult, liaise, and communicate with staff throughout the change process to ensure they are engaged, capable, and change ready to enable effective implementation of VISTA.- Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by supervisory and management staff, adhering to professional standards and organisational objectives.

Qualifications and conditions There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however relevant project management qualifications and/or experience will be well regarded.
