Are you a Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and a passion for delivering high quality patient care?
Our medical renal ward has part time positions on their team. Working collaboratively with other nursing staff and practitioners you will be involved with care and monitoring of patients and ensure the best care during their stay.
This role is suited to an RN who would like to predominantly work PM and Night Shits across a seven day rotating roster.

Established in 2016, Gold Coast Private Hospital is a state-of-the-art, 340-bed facility located in the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct in Southport.
With 22 operating theatres, Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including, but not limited to, 24/7 Emergency Care, Medical Services, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), General Surgery, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care, and Oncology.

Your duties will include

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, monitor and manage symptoms with empathy and compassion.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical practice.

Be involved in managing shifts overnight.

Essential Criteria:

Bachelor of Nursing ( AHPRA Registration )
Minimum 2 years in experience as an RN.
Experience in renal nursing preferred.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to improving the lives of patients and their families.
