About the role
Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced educator to support our Maternity unit and offer support and guidance to student nurses, graduate and registered midwives in our teams.

Your duties will include

• Supporting NUM`s achieve Positive Clinical Outcomes

• Facilitating Outcomes of Strategic Planning Initiatives

• Identifying & Analysing Education Requirements

• Developing & Implementing Education Plans

• Identifying Opportunities for Service Improvement

Essential Criteria:
· Education certification

• Extensive Midwifery experience

· Passionate about teaching

• Current AHPRA registration

• Strong leadership and change management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Commitment to working in a team environment and leading a positive culture

• Outstanding customer service skills and professional presentation
